Everett Animal Shelter Announces February Feline Fix

The Everett Animal Shelter has announced the date for their second-annual Feline Fix. Here’s the info.

The Everett Animal Shelter is now offering spay and neuter services for cats during our Feline Fix event. Cat owners must meet income eligibility requirements (see below).

Vaccines and parasite treatment will also be available for purchase and microchips will be offered free of charge at time of surgery. Appointments are curbside and full pre-payment is required to confirm an appointment slot.

Event details
Cats must be healthy, 8 weeks of age or older and weigh at least two pounds.
Cats will go home the same day.
Cats must be in secure plastic carriers, no cardboard carriers will be accepted.
We are unable to accommodate feral cats at this event. If your pet requires extra restraint they will be turned away.
Distemper (FVRCP) vaccines can be given at 8 weeks of age and will require a booster every 2 – 4 weeks until 5 months of age. Cats should be revaccinated at 1 year and every 3 years thereafter.
Rabies vaccines can be given at 12 weeks of age. Will require booster in one year and every 3 years thereafter.
24PetWatch microchips and flea treatment/deworming will also be available during time of surgery only.

Drop off times are 7:00am – 10:00am. Pick up times are 2:00pm – 5:00pm.
