Everett

The Everett Public Library announced their hours for next year. Neither branch will be open on Sundays and the south Everett branch will also be closed on Mondays. This year the main library in downtown Everett, Washington was open on Sundays from 1 to 5 PM. Here’s the official announcement.

After much consideration, library hours have been right-sized for 2023 to create a schedule that provides a sustainable level of service for both our community and staff.

What does that mean? Both library locations will now be closed on Sundays, and the Evergreen Branch will be closed on Mondays. All other open hours remain the same. We look forward to seeing you at the library in 2023!

A reminder that the library will have limited hours during the holiday season. We will be closed Saturday, Dec. 24 through Monday, Dec. 26, Sunday, Jan. 1 and Monday, Jan. 2. Both locations will close early at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 31.

On all other days, both library locations will be open during regular hours (weather permitting). Please check epls.org for weather-related closures. Happy holidays!
