Every Wednesday we’ll update you on the Wintertide happenings coming up as the City of Everett’s Wintertide Season continues into the New Year.

Wintertide isn’t just one event and its not limited to downtown Everett but encompasses all the ways people in Everett, Washington can enjoy holiday cheer including Friendsgiving celebrations, special shopping opportunities, music, events, merriment, experiences and more lasting all the way into the New Year.

Thursday December 8th: EVERETT FIRE FOOD AND TOY DRIVE SANTA CRUISE
Don’t forget! Santa will be at Walter E. Hall Park and Thornton A. Sullivan Park this Thursday, December 8. Santa will arrive on a fire engine to see all the good boys and girls, while firefighters collect non-perishable food and toy donations.
Last year, our amazing residents donated nearly 2,000 pounds of food to help members of our community. We would love to surpass that number this year!

🎄7-8:00 p.m. Thornton A. Sullivan Park, 11405 Silver Lake Rd
You can also drop off any food or toy donations at any Everett Fire Station. 🚒🔥🚒

Friday December 9th: Wintertide at Village on Casino Road 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Friday 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

The Village on Casino Road at 14 E. Casino Road will be offering all kinds of fun family activities.

Stop by for hot chocolate, cookies, hats and gloves for kids, a raffle, storytelling, live music, a family photo station, toy give-away many more exciting activities.

Meet your south Everett neighbors, share traditions and make new connections.
 
Saturday December 10th: Celebrate at the Wintertide Festival and Market 12Noon – 8:00 PM
The downtown Wintertide Festival and Market returns with an even bigger lineup of holiday happenings this season.

Shop for unique holiday gifts at over 50 local makers curated by Everett Makers Market. Enjoy food trucks, live holiday music, Santa photos, cookies & cocoa, adult beverages, and more.

Everett Makers Market
Shop for the coolest holiday gifts from over 50 local artists and makers. The Makers Market is set inside large, festively-decorated canopies, so you’re sure to stay dry while enjoying the charm and feel of an outdoor market.

Holiday performances
Head inside the Cope Gillette Theatre to get warm and watch free holiday concerts throughout the day performed by local musical groups including, Lake Stevens High School Jazz Band, The Seattle Children’s Chorus, Everett Chorale, and more.

Or catch Olympic Ballet’s Nutcracker at the Everett Performing Arts Center at 2 p.m. or 7 p.m. This is a ticked event; tickets range in price from $25-$39. Get tickets here.

Food + Drink
Enjoy food from local food trucks and sip mulled wine and craft beer in the Wintertide beer garden presented by Village Theatre. Local food vendors include: Food Atlas, Dreamy Drinks, Sugar and Spoon, Grain Bakery and Fish Creek Ranch (German Food).

Santa Photos
Step into the Everett Santa Wintertide photo studio to grab a photo with the big man himself. Bring your own camera/smartphone. Santa’s set is provided by Everett Santa Photos.

Parking
Be generous and save the street parking for those with limited mobility. Park in Everett’s FREE parking garage, Everpark. It’s smack-dab in the middle of all the action.
