Power outage update 12:15 PM: Currently the outage map for Snohomish PUD shows just over 13,000 customers county-wide still without power. It looks like around 700 in Everett, Washington. Monday night PUD CEO/General Manager John Haarlow put out the following video update on the utility’s storm response.
