According to Everett Police Public Information Officer Kerby Duncan a driver going north on Colby struck a parked car and then rolled over just south of 22nd.
The crash happened just before 10 AM and the driver was the only person in the vehicle.
The driver was transported to Providence Regional Medical Center to be checked out before being booked into the Snohomish County Jail on suspicion of DUI.
