Three New Everett Police Officers Sworn In At City Council Meeting

Sam De Los Santos (l) Forrest Hopkins (c) and Marwan Abouzied, (r) are sworn in Wednesday night.

Everett Police Chief Dan Templeman introduced the three newest members of the Everett Police Department at the Wednesday night City Council meeting.

Marwan Abouzied, Sam De Los Santos and Forrest Hopkins all took their oath of office and will now move into field training. Prior to introducing the new officers Chief Templeman told the City Council in his thirty years of police work the competition for people to become police officers is unlike anything he’s ever experienced.

Today the Everett Police Department released a new recruiting video on social media which will be used to introduce the Everett Police Department to potential candidates. Here it is.
