Gang Unit arrests lead to multiple stolen vehicles, drugs, and guns recovered!

Last Thursday, our Gang Response Unit (GRU) observed a stolen truck parked at a motel. Our GRU Officers wanted to determine who had been driving the stolen truck and by reviewing video footage and speaking to people on the scene, they were able to determine that there were four wanted felons in a motel room at the location.
Additional officers responded to the location and GRU made announcements instructing the four individuals in the motel room to exit. All four exited and were taken into custody.

GRU officers obtained information that there was a large number of narcotics and several firearms in the motel room and obtained a search warrant for the room.

Upon serving the search warrant, officers recovered a loaded semi-auto handgun, loaded revolver, a shotgun, 295 grams of methamphetamine and almost 4,000 fentanyl pills. While serving the warrant, GRU officers also located a second stolen vehicle to recover!

Great work GRU by making 4 arrests, and recovering 3 guns, 2 stolen cars, and narcotics.
