Open since 1901 the Historic Everett Theatre is once again on the market.

Located in the heart of downtown Everett, Washington the 800 seat theatre has gone through a lot and hosted the top performers of the era in the early 1900s.

The theatre entertained countless moviegoers in the mid to late 1900s and over the past several years featured live acts from comedians to cover bands, local productions and the once famous and still popular touring acts.

The Shriner family took over the theatre in 2014 bringing in the Little River Band as their first act.

According to the real estate listing held by Jake Robinett, Craig and Curt Shriner have decided to retire and pass the torch on to a new family.
