While not your typical house cat there are a few furry friends looking for a bit of a different home that have been taken in by the Everett Animal Shelter and are now ready for adoption. Here’s the scoop.
Looking for a companion in the barn or shop?
While these cats will not thrive in a traditional companion role, they still deserve a warm bed and safe environment. Our barn cats come spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and would love a space to call their own. Maybe you need some help with rodent control or have a shop and want a watchful companion while you work…a barn cat may be for you!
A recent barn cat adopter shares this: “I just wanted to let you know that the cats we got have adjusted great and seem very happy on our property. We just starting letting them out this week. Miles is very social and talkative. He follows my wife around the yard. Stormi has taken a bit more time to warm up to us and being around people, but is doing great. She is a little sweetheart.”
