The former Cookbook Restaurant which in 2005 became home to the Everett Eagles has been demolished. The building at 1216 Broadway was purchased by Everett Community College two years ago and will be used as a parking lot. The Eagles are in the process of moving back into downtown Everett at 2822 Hoyt.
