Envelope Shortage Leads PUD To Ask Customers To Sign Up For Paperless Billing

Thought this request from Snohomish PUD based in Everett, Washington was interesting. Due to supply chain issues the utility says they are experiencing a shortage of commercial envelopes. Here’s the explanation.

Snohomish County PUDDue to supply chain issues, the PUD is experiencing a paper shortage that is impacting our ability to get commercial envelopes.

To ensure that we can provide bills and return envelopes to the customers who need them most, we’re asking customers to go paperless.

If you still receive a paper bill and have a MySnoPUD account, log in now and click on Paperless Billing. Then toggle the button to Enroll in Paperless Billing. It’s that simple. If you don’t have a MySnoPUD account, click here and sign up. You will need your PUD account number to create an account. If you don’t have your account number handy, call our Customer Service team at 425-783-1000 (M-F, 8 am to 5 pm).
