Everett Firefighters Keep Exterior Fire From Spreading Into North Everett Home

While smoke filled the house a quick response by Everett Fire crews kept the fire to the exterior.

There were no injuries to residents of the house or the responding firefighters.
About 3:45 PM Thanksgiving afternoon Everett Firefighters were called to a home on Summit Avenue in north Everett.
A fire was reported on the outside of a house and quickly spreading. Engine 2 was first on scene and make a quick attack as arriving crews assisted and worked to make sure the fire did not spread within the house.
While there was some interior smoke damage it did not appear that the flames got inside.
There were no injuries to the residents who were home at the time of the fire.
At this writing an investigator was just arriving on scene to determine the exact cause and a damage estimate.
