The City is currently reviewing the plans.

There would be a dual drive-thru lane plus indoor and outdoor dining space.

A new Bank of America branch will soon be opening at 3rd SE and Everett Mall Way.

We first told you back in May about the possibility for a new Chick-fil-A Restaurant and Drive thru at the site of the Bank of America at West Mall Drive and Everett Mall Way.

Formal plans have now been submitted to the City as work continues down the street on a new Bank of America branch in the Greentree Plaza near Target. Here’s more from the folks planning the Chick-fil-A.

This application is being submitted by 4G Development & Consulting on behalf of Chick-fil-A Inc. and pertains to 1.93 acres of commercial property (APN: 28051800401400). The property is zoned Commercial (C-R1).

The new development includes a new 4,970sf commercial restaurant building and a dual order drive-thru lane. The site plan design includes 66 parking spaces and stacking capacity of 32 cars in the drive-thru lane.

A total of two detached canopies are proposed over the drive-thru lane: (1) canopy over the order point and (1) at the exit over the pick-up window.

The proposed building will contain 112 indoor seats, 16 exterior patio seats, and will be fire sprinklered. The proposed hours of operation for the new restaurant are from 6:30am to 11:00pm on Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 12:00am on Saturday, and closed on Sundays.

We’ll let you know when the restaurant is expected to open.
