An interesting post today on the Facebook Page of Ray’s Drive-In at 1401 Broadway in north Everett…

It’s not a shortage of food, but staff that is causing Ray’s to cut hours.

Hello Ray’s Customers,
Like so many businesses currently, we are experiencing a severe labor shortage. We just don’t have enough staff to fill our shifts. Due to this, we will be adjusting our hours of operation. Going forward we will be open 11am-8pm Wednesday thru Saturday, and closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

This will be as temporary as possible, and as soon as the labor crisis is over we will be expanding our hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

In a related note, anyone interested in working at Ray’s should come on in and pick up an application 😊 We have two shifts, a 9am-3pm and a 3pm- 9pm. Sixteen years and older plz.
