The Everett Silvertips, two-time Western Conference champions and eight-time U.S. Division champions of the Western Hockey League, today announced the complete schedule for 2021 Silvertips Training Camp presented by Chick-fil-A, open to the public with the first on-ice session scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Practices and scrimmages will be split between Angel of the Winds Arena and its adjacent Community Rink, with all sessions open the public, free of charge.

In accordance with local health and safety guidelines, all fans regardless of vaccination status are required to wear a mask when inside Angel of the Winds Arena or the adjacent Community Rink. Masks may be temporarily lowered for the purpose of eating or drinking. Future updates with health and safety regulations will shared as soon as possible.

The tradition of showcasing Silvertips present and future talent in a competitive environment and intrasquad format continues with the annual Green vs. Grey Game, 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 5 at Angel of the Winds Arena. Admission is free to all fans in attendance with general admission seating offered in the lower bowl of the Silvertips home ice.

Fans attending any training camp session, Thursday through Sunday, are invited to enter through the main doors of Angel of the Winds Arena, at the intersection of Hewitt Ave. and Oakes Ave. On ice sessions scheduled at the adjacent Community Rink invites all fans to enter at the facility’s doors off Broadway Avenue. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the first scrimmage of each morning and afternoon session. Doors for the Green vs. Grey Game on Sunday will open 30 minutes prior to opening face-off.

New to the format this season are two Silvertips teams named in homage of franchise history, split into “Team Hart” after four-year Silvertips goaltender Carter Hart (Philadelphia Flyers) and “Team Gudas,” after former Silvertips defenseman Radko Gudas (Florida Panthers). The Silvertips 2021-22 training camp roster will be announced soon.
