Everett Police spent several hours in the area of 24th and Rockefeller in north Everett Sunday following a domestic violence call.

Sunday morning, police were called to a residence in the neighborhood and confirmed a person was transported to Providence Regional Medical Center following a domestic violence incident.

The other person involved hid inside their house and refused to come out for Everett Police.

Members of the Region 1 SWAT Team were called and after several hours arrested the person involved for suspicion of felony domestic violence.

That person is expected to make a first court appearance on Monday. We’ll advise when more information becomes available.
