Twenty years ago a wall dedicated to the memory of victims of DUIs in Snohomish County was placed at McCollum Park on 128th street in south Everett.

The wall began with 45 tiles. Now there are more than 150 tiles in place on the memorial.

The wall is being relocated to downtown Everett, Washington. It will be placed at the northeast corner of the Snohomish County Campus at 3000 Rockefeller. Plans are to hold a re-dedication ceremony on August 20th, 2021 at 2:30 pm.

The Sheriff’s Office and Snohomish County Target Zero Task Force are seeking family members of those represented on the wall to advise them of the move and invite them to the rededication.

Those with questions, looking for further information or wishing to update their contact information can contact Stacey McShane with the Target Zero Task Force at target.zero@snoco.org.
