Windows Shattered At Monte Cristo Apartments In Downtown Everett

11:30 PM 4/13/21: Everett Police are investigating what caused multiple windows to be shattered at the Monte Cristo Apartments in downtown Everett Tuesday night.

Around 10 PM reports started coming in of a loud boom near Wall and Hoyt.

Everett Police and Firefighters responded and were contacted by residents of the Monte Cristo apartments.

There were no reports of injury but windows on multiple floors were shattered on the east side of the historic building.

Everett Police taped off the alley and were looking for evidence. At least one technician from the regional bomb squad came out to examine the scene.

No word at this time on what if anything was found as the investigation was just getting underway at the time of this writing. We’ll update as more details become available.
