The Historic YMCA building has been spared, just the annex is being torn down.

This will be an 8-story building with 165 apartments and underground parking.

Demolition of the northern building of the former YMCA in downtown Everett is underway.

The property was sold a few years ago to Trent Development. Plans call for a five-story building containing 105 apartment units. (The YMCA is now at a new location in the 4700 block of Colby)

The historic YMCA building will not be torn down and 51 units will be developed there with another 54 units in the new building.

At the former YMCA parking lot kitty-corner from the old YMCA is a companion building that will be eight-stories tall with one level of underground parking. There will be 165 apartments ranging from studios to two-bedrooms.
