Smoke and flame were coming from the upper portion of the home when fire crews arrived.

A sharp-eyed neighbor rescued a woman out of her burning home this morning. It happened around 10:30 AM on 19th street near Pine.

Flames and smoke were coming from second story of the home when firefighters arrived. Neighbors used a ladder to bring the woman, who was on an upstairs porch, to safety.

Fire crews made an offensive attack and were able to quickly get the fire out. An investigator with Everett Fire was called to the scene to determine a cause. There were no injuries.
