Today Everett Mayor Cassie Franklin gave her State of Everett address for 2021. Saying Everett is a “City of Makers” she highlighted three ideas to raise the profile of Everett, Washington.
• The maker’s mindset of Everett
• The green economy, and
• Parks, arts and placemaking
She also outlined four priorities for the coming year.
• COVID recovery
• Good governance
• Housing for all
• Diversity, equity and inclusion
