New Map Makes It Easier To Find Upcoming Projects In Everett

December 13, 2020

Everett

Regular readers of MyEverettNews.com are familiar with our occasional updates on upcoming projects in the planning stage after we’ve spent a Sunday afternoon going through the individual land use projects on the City of Everett’s eTRAKit permitting portal. Now the City has introduced a new interactive map that simplifies this task and it is available to anyone. Here’s more from the City of Everett, Washington planning department.

Click to check out the map.

The City of Everett’s planning department launched a new interactive map to make it easier for the public to access information about active land use projects within the city of Everett. The new interactive tool allows the public to launch the web map from either a desktop or mobile device.

The map provides users with updated project information, links to project documents, as well as contact information for the staff person assigned to the project.

Until now, project information has been available online through eTRAKiT, which requires a project number to look up information. The new interactive map now allows users to easily locate projects, even without a project number.
Community members can access the map in the City’s online map gallery and select active land use projects.

To learn more, view the PDF guide about using the site. People interested in being notified when new projects are added are encouraged to sign up for the Everett Planning-Public Notices newsflash: Newsflash Subscription Page. A report will be sent out every 2 weeks.
