Here are more specifics from Santa’s helpers at Everett Fire Department

HAVE YOU HEARD?!!! Santa is coming to town to a neighborhood near you! EFD firefighters will be escorting Santa on his fire engine chariot through Everett neighborhoods each Wednesday in December before Christmas, from 5pm-8pm, bringing some holiday cheer to our residents.

Wait! IT GETS BETTER!! We invite the community to help our local community with food and new toy donations for Volunteers of America Western Washington and Christmas House (Snohomish County). Santa’s firefighter elves will be joining in the parade fun by collecting food and toy donations from our community members as we drive down our city neighborhood streets.

Check Santa’s schedule for the dates for each neighborhood visit and maps outlining his routes at https://bit.ly/39rIn7P or Facebook events. For food and toy needs, click on the photos below.

SAFETY/COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

Santa will be riding on a moving fire engine and his firefighter elves will be following in their red trucks collecting food and toy donations from the community. Please follow these safety guidelines for a fun and safe evening:

1. Please stay on the sidewalk and out of the street to view Santa. The firefighter elves will come to you on the sidewalk to collect any donations you have to offer to the food and toy drive.

2. Due to COVID-19, Santa will not be stopping, however, smiles, photos and waves from the sidewalk are all OK as the fire truck slowly parades through the neighborhood.

3. Please keep masks and social distancing in mind while waiting for his arrival.

We look forward to meeting all our city neighbors through this holiday season! See you soon!
