Everett’s New Food Truck Lot Off To A Good Start

The new Food Truck Lot at the corner of Madison and Beverly Boulevard in central Everett got off to a good start Thursday afternoon. The lot will host a variety of Food Trucks from around the Puget Sound region Monday through Saturday between 4:00 and 7:00 PM. There were people waiting as Tabassum, Mexicuban and Black Sea began operations at 4:00 PM and by 6:00 PM nearly 200 meals had been served.

The project is a collaboration between the City of Everett and the Washington State Food Truck Association. You can check out which trucks will be at the lot online here. The Street Food Finder also has menus and you can subscribe for updates. There is also an app you can download that allows you to pre-order up to 72 hours in advance.
