Saying they hope more people can become involved the Everett School District this week voted to move the start time of their Board meetings from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Here’s more.

At the September 8, 2020 board meeting the Everett Public School’s Board of Directors approved the 2020-21 board meeting schedule and made an important change in the meeting times. Traditionally starting at 4:30 p.m., the meetings will now be starting 30 minutes later in hopes of allowing more community involvement and engagement in the meetings. The 5 p.m. start times will begin at the next board meeting, on September 22, 2020. The meetings are still being held via Zoom at this time, and the links are posted on the school district calendar before every meeting. Currently public comment is being taken by emails sent in to schoolboard@everettsd.org.
