Woman Trying To Elude WSP Crashes Into Everett Fuel Station

This could have ended much worse.

A woman who reportedly didn’t have a driver’s license sped away from a Washington State Patrol motorcycle officer on Interstate 5 this morning. She exited off the freeway at Pacific and tried to elude the trooper winding onto side streets and losing control of her car sliding into a fuel station and narrowly missing two pumps under the Hewitt Avenue Trestle. She was taken into custody, transported to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett and is expected to be booked into the Snohomish County Jail on suspicion of felony eluding.
