Residents Safe After Fire Rips Through North Everett Home

The fire worked its way up the house

Everett Police and Firefighters were able to keep everyone safe as fire destroyed a home on Leonard Drive in north Everett early Sunday morning. The fire was reported at the back side of the home just before 2 AM.

Arriving Everett Police officers were able to safely get the people out of the house. The fire moved from the rear of the house up into the attic and spread through the upper portion of the home. An investigator has been called to the scene and crews are expected to be there throughout the night monitoring hot spots.
