DEVCO Considering 223 Apartments At Rucker And Pacific
Big changes could be coming to the southwest corner of Pacific and Rucker near downtown Everett.

The buildings would stretch between 32nd to the south, Pacific to the north, Rucker on the east and Grand to the west.
DEVCO, who recently purchased the former K-Mart property in south Everett and has been active in the development of apartments throughout the Pacific Northwest is apparently looking at developing 223 apartments over three separate buildings in the 3100 block of Rucker between Pacific and 32nd.
The complex will be a mix of one and two bedroom apartment units. Again this project is in the very early pre-application status.
You can see the entire pre-application here.
