Get ready for the return of the Totem!
The Totem will be open daily 7 AM – 3 PM.
Plexiglass panels are now between every booth.
That’s what owner Steve Jermyn told us when we stopped by today for a sneak peek at re-opening progress.
The Totem will reopen at 7 AM Thursday morning and be open daily 7 AM – 3 PM.
Customers will notice some changes with new carpet on the floors and plexiglass panels between booths.
The Totem will operate at half capacity and things like shared salt shakers and coffee creamers are off the tables, replaced by single serving packets.
Menus are now paper and go into the recycle bin after each use.
The food, no changes there and huge portions are still the rule.
