Two Stabbed At South Everett Middle School

Two Everett Police Officers at the dead end on 12th Ave. W just to the south of Explorer Middle School.

Mill Creek K-9 “Hondo” his handler and two other K-9 officers from other departments all responded to assist Everett Police.

Two young people were taken to Providence Regional Medical Center after being stabbed Tuesday afternoon.

Everett Police report a suspect is in custody.

Major Crimes Detectives are still working to sort out the details after an altercation on the ballfield at Explorer Middle School in south Everett, Washington.

Around 4 PM Everett Police were called to a report of teenagers fighting.

Arriving police officers located two teenagers who had stab wounds at the ballfield just off 12th Avenue West north of 100th street Southwest.

Three other young people were seen running northwest from the ballfield and located on the Walter E. Hall golf course.

They were detained by patrol officers and a Mill Creek Police dog was brought in to do a confirmation track from the area of the reported fight to where the three were located.

No word yet on what led to the altercation.

The investigation is ongoing. There was no official word at the time of this writing on the condition of the teens who were stabbed.
