Everett Fire

The first in Engine got a quick knockdown on the fire.

Four adults and three children were displaced after a kitchen fire Thursday evening.

The fire was reported shortly after 7 o’clock.

The first arriving engine found flames coming from the kitchen in a townhouse in the 10400 block of 19th Avenue SE.

The crew was able to quickly knock down the blaze but enough damage was done that the Red Cross was called in to assist the residents for the night.

An Everett Fire inspector was working to determine the cause of the fire at the time of this writing.
