529 Between Marysville And Everett Closed For Death Investigation

A Medic Unit from Marysville Fire tried to revive the victim.

Detectives on scene.

The southbound lanes of Highway 529 between Marysville and Everett were closed for a couple of hours overnight as Everett Police conducted an investigation after a body was found on the side of the road just south of Steamboat Slough.

Investigators from the Everett Police Traffic Safety Unit were called out to the scene but no word yet on if this was a hit and run or other type of incident.

The report of someone down south of the bridge came in shortly before midnight.
