Everett Police Serve Annual Holiday Dinner To Seniors
It was a great turn out Sunday afternoon.
Earlier this week we featured Everett Police Officers Association members taking kids Christmas shopping. Today it was time for an older generation to receive Holiday cheer from EPOA members. More than 200 senior citizens gathered at the Carl Gipson Senior Center in downtown Everett for the annual holiday gathering. In addition to the meal there was also live entertainment and a chance for several different generations to enjoy the holiday spirit. Students from the Everett School District joined officers and their families in serving the seniors over two settings. The Everett Police Officers Association first began this tradition in 1973. Here are a few MyEverettNews.com photos of the event. Click photo to enlarge.
