Hit And Run Driver Injures Woman In South Everett

Editor’s Update December 12th: The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has completed the examination and confirmed the identification of the 83-year-old female who was involved in a pedestrian versus single motor vehicle collision near the 9500 block of 7th Avenue in Everett, Washington on December 10th, 2019. She later died at a local hospital that same day. The decedent is Te T. Nguyen of Everett, Washington. The cause of death is blunt force injuries. The manner of death is Accident.

Everett Police are looking for information after a woman crossing the street was seriously injured by a hit an run driver on 7th Ave SE near Everett Mall Way Tuesday night.

About 5:15 PM the woman was crossing the street in the 9500 block of 7th SE when she was hit. She was seriously injured and transported to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett.

Detectives from the Traffic Safety Unit at Everett Police were called out.
