Smoke rises from the back of the home.
Crews made an offensive attack on the fire.
Just before 5:30 PM Tuesday fire crews received a call of a house fire in the 10500 block of Rosewood Avenue in south Everett.
One person was home and able to safely get out of the house.
That person was checked by medics but did not require transportation to a hospital.
Crews from Everett Fire were assisted by South Snohomish and Mukilteo Firefighters.
The cause of the fire was accidental according to the Everett Fire Marshal’s office who says smoke alarms alerted the resident to the fire. The Red Cross of Snohomish County was called to assist the resident.
