The crew from Everett Fire that has been in California is safe and busy. Here’s an update today from Everett Fire.

The KincadeFire is now 72% contained. Our crews are healthy and well. This photo of Capt Adsero and FF Glanville, found some hot areas to put out around a structure while they were part of a structure group the last few days. Starting today, they have been given various assignments as the weather cooperates and they achieve greater containment of the fire. They are working with two other Washington teams today – WA3 & WA5 (we are WA4).

The California residents have expressed great appreciation to our members for helping their community and neighbors. Per CAL FIRE’s briefing report this morning, there are 4,531 personnel helping with this one fire.

445 Engines, 64 Water Tenders, 10 Helicopters, 105 Hand Crews, 41 Dozers, and numerous firefighting air tankers. We are proud to be a part of this great effort to help the Sonoma County, CA community.
