No Injuries In North Everett House Fire

The fire was reported about 3 AM.

The attic and roof were heavily damaged.

The majority of the fire looked to be in the attic.

Thankfully no injuries but a fire that spread through an attic and roof did significant damage to a house in the 1700 block of Maple Avenue in north Everett early this morning.

Snohomish 911 received calls of a roof on fire just before 3 AM.

The first arriving engine reported flames from the roof. The resident of the house was able to get out safely.

The fire was contained after about 30 minutes but crews worked for a couple of hours accessing hot spots.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
