Word in that Meg DiBucci has been chosen to lead recruiting efforts for Everett Police. Here’s more from a Facebook Post put out by Everett Police today.

Meet our new full time Recruitment Officer! Meg DiBucci was recently selected to serve in this important new role as our department seeks innovative new ways to bring the Everett Police Department to full staffing. She will work with department employees, city staff and community members to discover and implement new ideas that will keep Everett PD staffed with high caliber individuals that reflect the community we serve.

Officer DiBucci started with Everett PD in 1995. She has worked as a Patrol Officer, Anti-Crime Team Officer, School Resource Officer and served as the North Precinct Desk Officer. She most recently comes from several years as a Detective in pre-employment Background Investigations. Recruiting quality applicants has long been a passion for Officer DiBucci and at one time or another she has participated in every aspect of the application and hiring process.

Officer DiBucci’s years of experience, commitment to service and passion for our profession should serve her well as she works to bring new talent to the Everett Police Department.
