Two Marrott-Branded Hotels, Park+Fly Proposed Near Paine Field

A pre-application has been filed with the City of Everett, Washington planning department for a dual-brand Marriott Hotel.

This is planned for the 11400 block of Airport Road

The proposed project features a 128 room Springhill Suites Hotel along with a 74 room Towneplace Suites.

Behind the hotel building will be a wetland and then a park and fly lot with 217 spaces. This is proposed on the east side of Airport Road two blocks south of 112th street. Currently there are a few buildings and then a wooded area that stretches between Airport Road on the west and Wal-Mart to the east.
