Man Tried To Kill Everett Cops Friday Morning

Probable cause papers released today detail how Friday morning an Everett man parked his car running, but with the lights out, behind a fence at the Everett Police south precinct until an Everett Police officer got in his police SUV and began to leave.

Then with the lights still out the man reportedly drove his car head-on into the Police SUV. He then got out of his vehicle and attacked two police officers hitting each in the face and head and screaming multiple times, “I’m going to fucking kill you.”

Two officers, including the one whose vehicle was rammed were able to use non-lethal means to get the man under control and into custody. All three were taken to an Everett Hospital to be checked out. The officers were released and the suspect was checked and then booked into the Snohomish County Jail on $100,000.00 bond.

No word yet on the reason behind the attack on the Everett Police officers. The man will make an appearance before an Everett District Court Judge this afternoon.
