Investigators are on the scene at 3615 Broadway following a two alarm fire.
The fire was reported about 12:30 AM above Harvey’s Pub. Everyone made it out of the business okay as the upper level burst into flames.
Everett Fire crews were able to get a good knockdown on the fire.
There are apartments on the second floor of the building and once the fire was out fire crews located the body of a person on the second floor.
Detectives with Everett Police and Investigators with Everett Fire will work to determine the cause of the fire and the Snohomish County Medical Examiner will identify the person found and determine the cause and manner of death.
Fire crews will remain on scene overnight watching for hot spots.
