Police Blotter

Once again Everett Police are asking the public to take a look at this video and share it to find a killer.

Detectives continue seeking help to identify persons of interest in the homicide of a homeless Everett man.

At about 5:00 am on July 28th, three people were seen walking in the area of 5130 Evergreen Way on video surveillance. As they pass a homeless man, the video shows the tallest person turn towards the man and initiate a confrontation. During the interaction, the man is shot; he collapses and dies at the scene. All three run northbound from the scene.

To date, none of the three people walking have been identified.

The taller person appears to be white and is seen wearing light colored shorts with a dark sweatshirt. The other two appear to be much shorter and wear dark clothing. Gender is indistinguishable.

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the homeless man as 47 year-old Charles K. Wall.

Anyone with information about this incident or knows the suspect is asked to call the Everett Police Department TIP LINE at (425) 257-8450 or Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound at 1-800-222-TIPS
