The Shelter in Everett opens when temps hit the freezing mark.
The shelter is located at 2525 Rucker Ave. Receiving time will be from 8:00 pm-10:00 pm where people can walk in or be dropped off.
An escort from Everett Fire or Police is required for people to enter after 10:00 pm.
