Use 16th Street and Broadway to bypass the intersection going north.
The Washington State Department of Ecology has finished one phase of the

· No through traffic on East Marine View Drive.
· The exit from northbound Broadway to East Marine View Drive will remain closed.
· The only access to the northbound Broadway/SR-529 on-ramp will be from the north, on southbound East Marine View Drive.
· The only access to Riverside Road will be from the south, on northbound East Marine View Drive.
· The only exits from Riverside Road will be left or right turns onto East Marine view drive.
