This row of offices on Everett Avenue may be replaced by 78,000 square feet of storage space in a four story building.
The public comment period is open on plans to convert a single-story 17,500 square foot building just east of the QFC at Everett and Broadway into a four-story 78,000 square foot self storage facility.
The application was submitted earlier this year by Downtown Dennis Real Estate. On Thursday the project opened for public comment. The comment period ends October 15th.
