For the third year in a row the Port of Everett is offering outdoor movies you can watch from your boat or on the lawn at Boxcar Park at Waterfront Place. Here’s what you need to know.
The season kicks off with “JAWS” on Friday July 20th.
The Port’s Sail-in Cinema is the only waterfront movie series in Snohomish County where guests can “sail-in” to watch aboard their boats or pack in blankets and chairs to view by land.
Be sure to head down early to snag your favorite spot. Boxcar Park opens an hour before show time with music, yard games, free fresh-popped popcorn, concessions for sale and a 21+ beer garden hosted by the Everett Yacht Club.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:
- Pack a blanket! It gets chilly on the waterfront at night
- For best viewing for all guests, please use blankets or low-back chairs for seating
- Guest moorage available on a first come, first served basis at North Guest Docks 6 & 7; a radio frequency is provided at the start of each movie so boaters can tune in
- In the event of inclement weather, the movie may be cancelled; cancellations will be posted on the Port of Everett website, Facebook and Twitter.
