Delta Hotels By Marriott Seattle Everett Opens Wednesday

Closed for two years, the former Holiday Inn at Pacific and Pine streets next to I-5 in Everett is set to re-open Wednesday (June 20th).

The property has undergone a complete transformation said to cost 18 million dollars. The long time lodging spot was purchased by Hollander Hospitality in June of 2016.

The name of the property is now Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett. It is Marriott’s first Delta branded hotel in the Pacific Northwest.

The hotel will employ more than 130 people. Eno Spina-Denson is the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing for Hollander Hospitality and sent us the following information on the hotel.
