The Everett office has been closed since a flood on April 28th.

If you’re needing to renew your driver’s license and live in Everett you’re going to have to go to Smokey Point, Lynnwood or Shoreline to take the eye test and get your new photo.

The Everett Driver’s Licensing office has been closed since April 28th when a storm pipe backed up and flooded the location at 5313 Evergreen Way. The State of Washington leases the office space and the landlord has run into issues getting the location repaired quickly.

Mark Horner, a spokesperson for the Department of Licensing tells MyEverettNews.com the current date for reopening is July 2nd but that is not a certainty.

You can click on the attached map to find the hours and wait times for another location.
