Pedestrian Runs Across Broadway Mid-Block – Hit By Car

The car was northbound on Broadway when the pedestrian reportedly ran out in front of it without warning.
The Everett Police Traffic Investigations Unit was called out to the 2100 block of Broadway after a pedestrian ran into the street mid-block in front of Behars and was hit by a car travelling northbound.
The pedestrian was taken by medic unit to Providence Regional Medical Center with very serious injuries.
The driver of the car stayed on scene and was cooperating with Everett Police.
The driver did not appear to be impaired and people on the scene told MyEverettNews.com people are often darting into traffic without warning across this stretch of Broadway.
