Police Blotter

The suspect was taken into custody without incident.

There was a large law enforcement presence at the time of the arrest of the armed robbery suspect.

While Kasch Park in south Everett yesterday was packed with soccer and softball players, there was also one person hanging out wanted by Snohomish County Sheriff’s Deputies.

On May 3rd a bikini espresso stand on Highway 99 was robbed at gunpoint by a man who fled on foot. Investigation by deputies and tips on social media led to an identification of the suspect and yesterday he was located in a car at Kasch Park and taken safely into custody by Sheriff’s deputies and EPD officers. A female with him was also arrested on outstanding warrants. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail on suspicion of first degree robbery and is expected to make a court appearance this (Monday) afternoon.
